For advance bookings, any outstanding balance must be paid in full on the day of your session and no later than 30 minutes before your scheduled start time.Earlier payment is strongly recommended.Your specific session requirements will only be discussed once full payment has been received, so paying earlier allows sufficient time for preparation.Your session begins at its scheduled time regardless of when you choose to pay.If payment or preparation is still being dealt with when your session is due to begin, this will come out of your booked session time and will not be added back afterwards.To receive the full duration of your booking, please make sure payment and all booking arrangements are completed beforehand.

If a legitimate payment is disputed, reversed or charged back after a service has been properly provided — or where payment has been retained in accordance with the agreed cancellation/no-show policy — I reserve the right to permanently refuse all future services and transactions.I may also pursue recovery of outstanding amounts and take further action where appropriate.
